Terms & Conditions

Clear information about orders, payments, delivery and your rights when shopping with SOOTHEVALE.

Last updated: October 17, 2026

These Terms & Conditions explain how shopping with SOOTHEVALE works. They apply to purchases from our online store and your use of our website. Please read them, together with the product information and any terms shown at checkout, before placing an order.

1. About SOOTHEVALE

SOOTHEVALE (also shown as Soothevale, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates this store. Shopify provides our ecommerce platform; your purchase is from SOOTHEVALE.

For questions about an order or these terms, email v.flitzanis@gmail.com. Our contact address is 1/753 New Canterbury Road, Dulwich Hill NSW 2203, Australia. Please contact us for return instructions before sending a product to this address.

2. Placing an order

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Please provide accurate contact, billing and shipping information, and review the product, quantity and total before submitting your order.

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. We may need to check availability, payment authorization or suspected fraud before accepting it. We will confirm acceptance when we dispatch your order or expressly confirm acceptance earlier. If we cannot accept or fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the canceled items.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an address or change or cancel an order. We will check whether the request can be accommodated before dispatch. This does not limit cancellation or refund rights available under applicable law.

3. Products and appropriate use

Read the product description, specifications, included items and supplied instructions carefully. Product availability can change. Screen settings and lighting may affect how colors appear, but the product supplied must match its description and any rights you have under applicable law.

SOOTHEVALE massagers are offered for personal comfort. Website information is not medical advice, and we do not promise that a product will diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a medical condition. Individual experiences can differ. Follow the supplied manual, including its instructions for suitable body areas, fit, temperature, charging, session length and situations in which the product should not be used. If you are unsure whether it is suitable for you, ask a qualified healthcare professional before use.

4. Prices and payment

Our store prices are displayed in US dollars (USD), unless a different currency is clearly identified. The order total, applicable tax treatment and shipping charges are shown before you complete checkout. Your bank or payment provider may charge its own currency conversion or transaction fees.

Prices and promotions may change for future orders. A later change does not alter an accepted order. If we discover a material pricing or product-information error affecting your order, we will contact you with the corrected details and offer a choice to proceed or cancel for a refund; we will not charge an increased amount without your agreement.

Payment options and any payment-provider terms are displayed at checkout. Do not send payment-card details or account passwords to us by email.

5. Shipping and delivery

Available shipping destinations, shipping charges and any stated estimates are shown during ordering. We may use fulfillment partners and carriers to prepare and deliver orders. Please ensure your address is complete and tell us promptly about a delivery problem so we can investigate.

We will meet the shipping commitments made when you order. If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will notify you, explain the delay and offer the required choice to accept a revised shipping time or cancel for a refund. If no shipping time was stated, we will comply with the applicable statutory deadline, including the US 30-day shipment rule where it applies. We will cancel and refund unshipped items when required if delay consent is not obtained.

A delivery estimate does not remove your rights if an order is late, lost, damaged or not supplied. Contact us for help; you are not required to resolve our fulfillment obligations with a supplier on our behalf.

6. Returns, damaged items and refunds

To request a return or report an incorrect, damaged or faulty item, email v.flitzanis@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request reasonable supporting information to assess the problem and arrange the appropriate remedy. Please obtain return instructions before shipping an item back.

Any voluntary return offer or additional warranty expressly provided with your purchase applies according to its stated conditions. If you are considering a change-of-mind return, contact us before ordering to confirm the available options. No fixed change-of-mind return window is created by these terms.

Your rights concerning faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or undelivered goods are separate from any voluntary return offer or manufacturer warranty. Nothing here requires you to waive those rights or limits a legally required remedy to store credit. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible, or another lawful method agreed with you, within the applicable legal timeframe.

7. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights, guarantees, warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. This includes applicable US federal and state consumer protections and Australian Consumer Law guarantees where they apply. A manufacturer's warranty does not replace your statutory rights.

We do not exclude liability that the law does not permit us to exclude. If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it will apply only to the extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

8. Using our website

Please use the website lawfully. You must not submit fraudulent orders, misuse another person's payment or account details, distribute harmful code, disrupt the website, or attempt unauthorized access to its systems. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful activity or a security threat. This does not remove obligations relating to accepted orders or rights you already have.

If you create an account, keep your sign-in information secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use. Website maintenance or technical problems may occasionally interrupt access.

9. Content and third-party services

The SOOTHEVALE name, branding and website content are owned by us or used with permission. You may view the site and retain information for your personal shopping use. Reproducing our branding or content for commercial use requires permission, except where the law permits otherwise.

Third-party services, including payment providers and external websites, may have their own terms. Review them when you choose to use those services. This does not reduce our responsibility for the goods we sell or the commitments we make.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used and shared when you use the store or contact us, and how to exercise applicable privacy rights. It takes priority if there is a conflict about the handling of personal information.

11. Questions, disputes and changes

If something is not right, contact v.flitzanis@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it. You retain any right to contact a regulator, seek independent advice or use the courts available under applicable law.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. Changes apply to future use and future orders; they do not retrospectively change an accepted order or remove rights that have already arisen. We will provide additional notice when the law requires it.
